Welcome! I’m Taryn, a holistic Occupational Therapist with 23 years of experience, specializing in the connection between body and mind. I am a qualified mental health professional in Oregon, drawing on Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Attachment Theory, Tensegrity Medicine and Somatic practices to help you access your inner wisdom. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and centered on the whole person, with an emphasis on aligning your actions with your truth. I also integrate biofeedback, light touch techniques, myofascial assessment and sensory processing principles when appropriate. In addition to mental health, I specialize in treating upper extremity pain, chronic pain, autoimmune diseases, and ongoing illness. I offer a limited number of pediatric spots for both mental health and traditional Occupational Therapy.
